The machine made of high strength cast-iron normalized steel monolithic frame structure. ensure the machine steady during running normally
The machinery consist of main rollers with 2 pcs rhombic channel roller (grooved transport / feed rollers), 1 supporting rubber roller, 1 blade roller and 1 retired supporting roller for grinder.
The high strength bladed cylinder heat-treated of the machine is made of high quality alloy steel ,the channels of inserting blades are processed by a special advanced machine ,their lead are standard and the channels are distributed uniformly. the bladed cylinder assembly is balanced in sub step before and after assembling .
The machine with decimal adjustment of fleshing position, that is rhombic channel roller ,can prevent the hide wavering efficiently while working and ensure discharging smoothly , its surface is chromed for rust-prevention and duration
Rubber rod pallet, can completely fleshing in any thickness of hide without adjusting working clearance ,automatic adjusting the thickness
The machine have hydraulic controlled main functions i.e, closing & opening of cylinders, movements of leather transport, movement of sharpening device and have automatic lubrication mechanism.
All the metal roller be made of non corrosive material.
The blade cylinder grinding carriage automatically driven and fitted on support with proper bearings to withstand heavy loads.
The roller¡¯s open and close controlled by hydraulic system ,ensure beginning and ending of fleshing steady and running normally
The feed speed controlled by hydraulic system
During the fleshing process ,the rubber roller of the machine open and out of the leather automatically
The sharpener should be motor driven with motor reducer, chain driven with safety clutch, slide beam with guides. Oil lubrication should b centralized pump
Double Safety devices promptly open the rotation cylinder, also in case of lack of electrical power. Front and back guard¡¯s protection should be separated in electric panel with stainless steel.for ensure the safety during working

Automatic opening of water sprays in the working area and on the feed rollers only during the fleshing phase, to clean the feed rollers
